• It does not execute trades, provide brokerage services, or manage user funds.

All content, alerts, and analysis provided through the Service are for informational purposes only.

Nothing constitutes:

• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Trading recommendations

You are solely responsible for your decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.

• The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• You may cancel at any time
• Access remains active until the end of the billing cycle

BOTRYTIS LLC reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or replicate the system
• Use the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes

All systems, models, algorithms, alerts, and data processing methods are proprietary to BOTRYTIS LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

We aim to provide continuous, real-time monitoring. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Delays, outages, or inaccuracies may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOTRYTIS LLC shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses
• Trading losses
• Missed opportunities
• Indirect or consequential damages

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
